I wanted to thank you for the excellent job you did on our carpets and our couches today. It was a pleasure to deal with you, you took the time and put in the extra effort to do an amazing job and have achieved excellent results. The carpets were really pretty awful and our white couch was looking very sad. However, after you came to our home today and worked your magic, the couch has a new lease on life, our leather couch looks as lovely as if it were upholstered yesterday and the carpets no longer look sad and dirty instead they look bright and clean. It's almost a miracle you worked here today. On a personal note, you were courteous, kind natured and honest, not promising more than you could achieve; you took the time and the interest in our situation and maintained a bright and cheery demeanour. Chris runs a very professional business. He conducts himself at all times in a thoroughly professional manner. His attendance at conferences and industry meetings allows him to be a true leader in the pack of carpet cleaning. His service starts with ensuring he is on time. He then vacuums the carpets throughout using high quality equipment. After a proper vacuum, he does any spot cleaning and hard wear areas. The finish is such that I was suprised he could remove the long term stains. The carpets smelt and felt great. Chris's service comes with my highest possible recommendation.
